Joey Pollaro & Danny Shannon

We are responsible for our own mental state. There are many things in life that can throw us in the wrong direction but a little change in the way react to challenges can make us see the same situation in a different light.

Show Notes:

So how do we achieve mental peace when everything seems to be failing apart? The answer is gratitude. We can be tempted to get hanged on negativity when things don’t go our way. I know it can be tough to look at the bright side. But taking time to instrospect and meditate a little every day can really make a difference.

Change in life is inevitable. In one way or the other we will be put in situations that would force us to change. But is up to us to get better, to use the opportunities given as a way to grow and learn on a dialy basis

On this episode, we discuss the topic of gratitude, developing connections with others and being brave to shut down the negative voice in our heads by cultvating positive mental scripts.

We also try out the STARS well-being kit to reduce anxiety, incrase happiness and capitalise on your strength to head in the right direction.
