Things that are addicting can be pleasurable, but they can also provide cover and distraction from serious underlying problems.Connection is one of the biggest solutions and isolation is never the answer.

Jameson Hedin is a clinical social worker based in Utah currently working in the addiction treatment industry. He’s passionate about mental health psychotherapy and providing treatment for emotional trauma from substance abuse.
