Tara Dixon is a painter and illustrator who has maintained a studio in Dumbo, Brooklyn for twenty years. In 2018 she spent the year in Bali, Indonesia and set up a studio there. Her work can be found in private and corporate collections. A graduate of Connecticut College, she studied at The Art Students League and taught art in Brooklyn, Iceland and Zimbabwe as well as out of her studio through her method of Talk And Response Art.
After going through a divorce she had a choice. To become bitter or better.
She decided to face her challenges head-on and that lead her on an incredible journey to find her true self for the first time and forgive through the medium of gratitude and living in the moment.
Many of us face similar struggles. This episode is meant to challenge you to explore your strengths and limitations and by having conversations about our common challenges, together we can come up with ideas on how to defeat them!
