We know it’s easy to get discouraged in the process of recovery. But even in our darkest hours, it is possible to find beauty in the world around us.
Yes, part of recovery is to be able to recognise what is wrong with you and be able to accept that you have a problem.
But you should be able to see the good in you as well. And that’s what we want to help you see today.
